Elli Management Console

Company Insights

Dashboard

I was a Product Designer for Elli’s B2B Management Console and Tariff Management platform, tools designed to help businesses manage their EV charging infrastructure across multiple locations.

The Site Console enables operators to oversee charging stations, monitor load distribution, and control site performance through a dashboard.

This project was a redesign of the company overview experience, shifting from a static, text-heavy page to a customizable, role-specific dashboard.

The new design provides clearer, more intuitive access to key company data, tailored to the needs of financial users like Wealth Managers, Traders, and Investment Bankers, with flexible content and layout options.

A step-by-step onboarding flow to help new organizations register, input billing details, and activate their accounts with clarity.

Design System

I led the design system work, overseeing cross-squad workflows and governance to ensure scalability and consistency across different streams of works.

I created detailed, well-structured documentation housing components, variants, and usage rules, making it easy for teams to build consistently after handover.

Before Figma introduced Variables, I explored using the Token Studio plugin to manage design tokens in Figma, not just as visual styles, but as exportable JSON values.

This allowed us to align directly with front-end frameworks like Storybook, ensuring true 1:1 consistency between design and development.
